I’m a certified mindfulness instructor, ADHD life coach in training, and former physician. With a background in medicine and specialized training in mindfulness and coaching, I help kids, teens and adults find focus, balance, and ease in their daily lives. My approach blends science and compassion, offering support in English, French, and Portuguese.

ADHD
Life Coaching
Through ADHD life coaching, I support you as you understand your unique brain, build strategies that fit your life, and strengthen self-awareness. The more you understand your way of functioning, the more you can find your own way to navigate life with greater ease and joy. I’ll be there to walk this journey with you.

On-line Coaching for Kids and Teens
I support children and teens - with or without ADHD - through personalized coaching. Together, we explore mindfulness and practical strategies that help them find their own ways to build focus, manage emotions, and grow confidence in everyday life. With expertise in working with youth, I bring a grounded, compassionate perspective to this work.

In Person
Mindfulness Groups (FR)
I regularly offer mindfulness courses for adults, teens, and children in Montréal at the Union des Familles d’Ahuntsic. These programs run twice a year, starting in September and January. Join my newsletter and keep updated about those groups.

Saturday of meditation practice (FR)
A longer, silent session to deepen your meditation practice. Over 4 hours, we explore different meditations, allowing participants to experience mindfulness more profoundly. Previous experience is strongly recommended. Join my newsletter to know the next dates.

Bites of Bliss Course (EN)
Starting October 2025,a 6-week online course co-led with Susan Alsembach, holistic nutritionist. Together, we combine mindfulness and nutrition to help you transform your relationship with food, bringing more balance, joy, and ease into daily life. Join my newsletter to know more.
